My First Ghost at The Crescent Hotel
The Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs Arkansas had been on my radar for a few years not only because it is a beautiful and historic establishment, but because it is supposedly haunted. Ghost tours are offered year-round, but the hotel also offers an ESP weekend (Eureka Springs Paranormal) in January or February every year.
The Evil Queen Appletini
This beautifully enticing beverage is inspired by evil queen Regina from the ABC series Once Upon a Time. The colors are based on her jet black hair and red lips, while the spherical ice cube resembles her weapon of choice, a shiny red poison apple.
Halloween Oreos
Is it just me, or do the Halloween Oreos with orange creme taste better than the originals? And is it just me, or do Halloween Oreos dipped in white chocolate with a picture of a ghost taste even better? Well I guess you’ll just have to make your own to find out.
Edible Intestines
When searching the web for easy Halloween baking ideas, I’d always come across zombie guts, or bloody intestines, made out of ready-made cinnamon rolls and jam. For some reason, I just couldn’t fathom that it could be as easy as they said. Two ingredients, really?
The Poison Apple Cocktail
To me, a poison apple should be beautiful, bright, shiny, and seductive. And that is exactly what you get with these Poison Apple cocktails. The cherry apple garnish and swirling gold luster dust create a mesmerizing effect, just beckoning you to come take a sip.
The Full Moon Cocktail
If you are looking for a spooky cocktail that is more elegant than gory, might I suggest this gorgeous full-moon cocktail. The shimmery black color and spherical ice create a beautiful night sky effect, and it doesn’t taste too bad either.
